Présentation Naja
La marque de lingerie colorée Naja (prononcez Na-ya) est né en 2013 de l’imagination de la créatrice d’origine Colombienne Catalina Girald.
Naja est fondé sur l’idée que la lingerie peut avoir un impact social. Les collections de sous-vêtements bigarrés sont fabriquées par des femmes en Colombie. La marque a ainsi fondée une organisation « Underwear for Hope » qui permet à des mères célibataires d’apprendre à coudre pour leur permettre de subvenir aux besoins de leurs familles.
Par ailleurs, la marque est également engagée au niveau environnemental puisque certaines collections, notamment de maillots de bains, sont fabriquées à partir de bouteilles plastiques recyclées ou de coton pima cultivé et ramassé à la main au Pérou.

The colorful underwear brand Naja (pronounced Na-ya) was created in 2013 by Catalina Girald.
Naja was founded on the idea that lingerie can has a positive social impact. The kaleidoscopic collections are made by women in Columbia. Naja founded a program « Underwear for Hope » which help training single mothers to sew, thus giving them a way to help themselves and their family.
Moreover, the brand also has an eco-friendly approach to fashion with the use of recycled (recycled plastic bottles) or high quality fabrics (pima cotton, grown and hand-picked in Peru).
